We have planned campaigns for leading brands such as Visa, Mastercard, G + D and many more. Our team includes experts in campaign planning and media buying (digital and print) with more than fifty years’ combined experience.

In 2022, we undertook a major campaign planning exercise for a leading financial brand across 10 European markets. We developed a 30,000 word report into Open Banking for this client, then worked with them to execute a launch of this report to their client base across Europe and North America using elements such as e-mail, blogging, social media and traditional media. The report was downloaded more than 5,000 times and generated hundreds of thousands of Opportunities to See (OTS) across Europe.

In mid-2024, Eris Intelligence developed the format for a series of mini-reports into the development of digital identity in various European markets. As well as developing the concept, Eris researched and wrote a series of six of these reports, plus an e-book into the dynamics of digital identity in South-Eastern Europe for a major financial infrastructure provider. Other projects include major pan-European and global studies into Open Banking, digital currencies, blockchain and digital wallets.

Our expertise includes brand development and executions (from websites to executive e-cards, letterheads and more) through to white papers, advertising, reports and video. Increasingly, we are working with clients to ensure consistency of brand presentation between different elements such as websites, presentation materials, social media and video.

In 2022 and 2023, Eris Intelligence undertook a complete review of the design personality and brand executions for a major European financial software company. This included brand consistency, colour palette, tone of voice, marketing channel management and the effectiveness of marketing tools used by the company, from product sheets to websites, social media and more.

Desk research. We know what to look for and where to find it. Whether you want to undertake a comparative analysis of transaction flows between select markets or products, dive deep into the direction of regulatory policy in a target market, or more or less anything else, we can help.

Market research. We have partnered with a leading digital-first market research agency to get our clients timely, relevant and insightful opinion from the audiences they want to hear from.

In mid-2024 we undertook a study of 100 private equity investors for a client focused on Latin America and Asia outside China to find out what their needs were in terms of data and market information. The findings of our work were pivotal in a go/no go investment decision from our client’s senior management.
